Meet the Team
Katrina Ray, DVM
Dr. Katrina Ray graduated from veterinary school in 2008 from Colorado State University. She worked for almost 13 years in general mixed animal practice in Roswell, NM. After a brief stint doing relief work in Las Cruces, NM and urgent care in Rio Rancho, she has settled at Roadrunner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital doing part-time overnight emergency shifts. She likes the variety and challenge of urgent care and emergency and surgery cases. She moved with her family to Albuquerque last July and has been enjoying the opportunities that the "big city" has to offer. She is married to a wonderful husband and has 2 children that she is homeschooling. They enjoy visiting the Biopark and the museums and playing with friends at the many parks. She and her family also enjoy camping and exploring the beautiful New Mexico outdoors. They have cats, guinea pigs and a salt water fish tank.
